Kayla at Norte Law Office was truly exceptional, and our experience with Erin, the owner, was just as positive. From our very first consultation, Erin was so pleasant to speak with. She answered every question we had, explained everything thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable asking anything we were unsure about. Even after the consultation, when we called back with follow-up questions, she was still more than happy to take the time to answer them. That really stood out to us. We left that experience knowing this was the law firm we wanted to move forward with. Erin was clearly very knowledgeable, and we felt confident that we would be in great hands with her and her team. Once we started working with Kayla, that confidence only grew. I’ve dealt with other law offices where even a simple question can take days, sometimes weeks, to get a response, so the communication here was such a refreshing difference. Kayla was incredibly responsive, thorough, and efficient from beginning to end. I never had to wonder where things stood or wait around for an update. What impressed me most was how much she genuinely cared about helping. She always took the time to explain everything clearly and would even go out of her way to look into things for me that weren’t necessarily her responsibility. She never made me feel like a question was too small or that I was bothering her. Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally, while still feeling personal and reassuring. I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with a law office. Erin and Kayla were both an absolute pleasure to work with, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care, communication, and professionalism we received. I would highly recommend Norte Law Office.Posted on Google

Robert Blackie113 days agoWe've had nothing but spectacular service from everyone at Norte Immigration. We had three consultations with three different lawyers, and nobody impressed us more than Attorney Erin. She was so patient and clear in her plan for our two cases, and answered all our many questions. She is so incredibly knowledgeable - we feel we are in extremely capable hands. Her team is also on-point. Olivia, Jude, and Maria have been a pleasure to work with and always answer our e-mails, calls, and questions. Plus they were well-priced compared to what others wanted to charge us for our two cases. They have a Spanish-English translator on-site to help with translation if needed. Overall, we couldn't be happier, and we are so very grateful we chose to work with the great team at Norte. Highly recommended! 🌠Posted on Google

Claudette Campbell121 days agoFrom the moment my family and I have started working with Norte Immigration law office we have been given what I believe every immigrant could ask for: a peace of mind and a sense of possibility. The staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely makes you feel like you’re being helped and not at a loss. During a time when so much chaos and uncertainty surrounds immigration, Norte immigration gives my family and I renewed confidence with every visit and outreach. This office provides reassurance and support like no other I have come across. They make you feel wanted, respected, and cared for, not just as a client, but as a person. I am truly grateful for their representation and would recommend them to anyone that may need guidance with their immigration journey.Posted on Google

Shawnike122 days agofirst and foremost, I would like to give my creator all the Praise for making it possible for me to stay in this country despite all that’s what’s going on second of all I would like to also think attorney Erin and her teammates they made me feel comfortable, even though I was uncomfortable and inspired the day when I was in my interview, I was very afraid I was sweating and uncomfortable. When I heard the immigration officer stated that they will get back to me in the mail. I was still wondering and pondering couple days later my attorney reached out to me and told me that I have received my green card. they have sat in the interview with me question I did not understand. They broke it down where I can answer the officer. It seems as if my wife was the one who was getting her green card, but it was her who they asked all the question but I still give thanks because my attorney was sitting right beside me and I will definitely recommend this attorney office for anyone and I will be working with them again very soon.Posted on Google
Caitlin Huynh122 days agoI worked with Kayla Brière and received my green card within 4 months. Kayla was responsive, compassionate, and thorough. Yes, you can file on your own but having reliable legal representation makes a stressful process that much easier. Their costs were also in line with other quotes I received. I highly recommend Kayla and the Norte team for any immigration services. Thank you, Norte !!Posted on Google

Kim Gonzalez127 days agoMy family recently worked with this law firm, and we could not be more grateful for the support we received. Maria An, the intake specialist, was absolutely fantastic. She helped get our family set up with an appointment very quickly and made the entire intake process smooth and easy to understand. Immigration matters can feel overwhelming and complicated, but Maria's knowledge, professionalism, and kindness made everything much more manageable. She answered every question we had, followed up consistently, and guided us through each step with patience and care. We truly appreciated her dedication and support. We would also like to thank Guadalupe Juarez Hernandez, who helped ensure communication was clear and accessible throughout the process. Having a skilled translator made a significant difference for our family and helped us feel comfortable and confident that everything was being understood correctly. We also want to thank attorney Kayla Briere for an excellent consultation. She took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and provided much-needed clarity and reassurance for our family. Her knowledge and compassion gave us confidence and relief during a stressful time. We are incredibly thankful for the help we received from Maria, Guadalupe, and Kayla. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a difficult process much easier. We can't thank this law firm enough and highly recommend them to anyone seeking immigration legal services.Posted on Google

Raymond Hamilton268 days agoI needed legal help to resolve my immigration status. I contacted the O'Neil/Baker law firm for help. My experience with them was an eye opener into the world of the legal process. Erin O'Neil was was pleasant and welcoming during our first contact through a Zoom phone call. She explained what would be involved in the process of trying to restore my permanent residency status, and what it would cost to do so. I had very limited income to get the process started, so she made a payment plan available to me. I was assigned a lawyer named Jeffrey who worked diligently on my case from start to finish. It was a complicated case that required a multi layered effort to get the job done. There were times during the process when I felt distraught and hopeless, and the lawyers provided reassurance and encouragement. I highly recommend Norte Law (formerly known as O'Neil Baker law) to anyone in need of competent immigration legal representation. They will help you resolve your issues.Posted on Google

Jorgo Butlevski588 days agoMy immigration story started at the beginning of president Trumps first term, and has just recently finished by receiving an immigrant visa. We went through few immigration lawyers before meeting attorney Erin O’Neil, and her recent paralegal Jeanette. At the free consultation attorney O’Neil got my case details and immediately guided me on the right path, which was not the case with the other lawyers as my case was somewhat complicated. This being said, it took two waivers and a visa interview to resolve it, and all were approved due to their professionalism. After my visa interview, which took 4 months to be approved, attorney O’Neil was keeping in touch with the embassy, making sure everything was going smoothly, and pushing them to do their job in a timely fashion. She is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. In person you can definitely feel her positive aura and smile. As you can imagine there was a lot of communication back and forth, so her associates Jeanette and Kayla were always on top of it responding promptly. I strongly recommend this firm for any immigration needs. Hats off to them all. Keep it up!Posted on Google

Tommy Morrison858 days agoFirst i got to say thank to, Mrs. O'Neil Baker, she did a miraculous job and outstanding, I was so fedup and extrapolate I was totally frivolous and felt like to go back home. she deserves 100 starts if you could put that, My case was transferred from New York, because of my relocation to Connecticut, they was giving me a run around and a extremely hard time in NYC. When she got the flies send from NYC, she got down to work sametime without a doubt, she got me an extension right away, it was long process because of my injuries. But it's worth the wait, patient is the key no matter what may come your way. Now I'm citizen thank to Mrs. Baker Law firm. 🙏🏽💯%Posted on Google
